| SPINACH-CUCUMBER SALAD |

Ingredients
4 ounces spinach
2 medium cucumbers
1/4 cup salad oil
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Tear spinach leaves into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups); refrigerate 1 hour.
Place spinach in large bowl. Slice unpared cucumbers into bowl.
Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; toss with vegetables.
