| PORK CHOPS WITH OREGANO WINE SAUCE |

Ingredients
4 thick pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 green peppers, sliced
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup white wine
2 teaspoons oregano
salt and pepper
Directions
Brown chops in oil for 10 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms,
cook 5 minutes. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir and
cook 3 minutes. Add wine and seasonings. Cover and cook for
20-25 minutes.
