Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup flour
4 cups milk
parsley
1 or 2 cans chopped clams
Directions
In large saucepan, melt margarine and saute onion and celery. Add potatoes and cook 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, flour, parsley. Gradually add milk. Heat until thickened. Add clams and juices.
