for Dinner
4 servings

Ingredients

1 package (16 oz.) frozen halibut fillets, thawed
2 Tbs. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbs. thinly sliced green onion

Directions

If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces; place on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients except onion; brush part of mixture on top of fish.

Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil fish with top 3 to 4 inches from heat until golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes. Turn fish carefully; brush with remaining mixture. Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork, 6 to 7 minutes longer. Place fish on warm serving platter; sprinkle with green onion.
