Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup cream of celery soup
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup almonds (optional)
Directions
Drain broccoli after cooking to crisp-tender. Cook celery and onion in 2 Tbs. butter till clear.
Combine all ingredients and bake a few minutes at 350 degrees.
